To keep your products in best shape and condition, we do recommend you treat it with the respect and care it deserves.
Leather Goods-Use a damp cloth with mild soap to wipe away loose dirt or stains. Harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners will damage the leather After cleaning, allow the leather to air dry away from direct heat sources.

Custom goods are individually customized by hand, we cannot be responsible for alignment and imperfections on the final goods.
We do our best to create only the best and ensure that all goods that leave our shop are up to our incredibly high standards. If we wouldn’t use it, neither would you. Therefore, we are only responsible if there are misspellings or missing stamps that have been requested.

All products carry with it a Limited Lifetime Guarantee*. If our goods fails in any way during its expected lifetime and proper use, return it back to us and we will repair or replace it (Shipping to Proper Supply Co. is the customer’s responsibility).
*The Limited Lifetime Warranty is the length of time with normal use Proper Supply Co. goods will function for the intended use, this is not the lifetime of the customer.

Returns and refunds are accepted until 14 days after delivery. After that return or refunds are not accepted.
Customized goods cannot be returned or refunded. This includes products with monograms or other customizations of any kind.
